What to expect

My work spans internal medicine and dermatology, so I'll mostly write about where the two meet:

• Skin as a window to systemic disease. Cutaneous findings that point to autoimmune, endocrine, or malignant conditions.
• Therapeutic updates. New biologics and small-molecule agents for inflammatory skin disease, and what they mean for patients with complex medical histories.
• Prevention. Practical, evidence-based guidance on skin cancer screening and sun protection.
